good stuff(!)

a fairly comprehensive deep-dive into the life, whatever context that may be, of Jesus Christ, Jesus of Nazareth, etc.

this book touches on the socio-political-economic conditions at the times, & also some checks on history, as well as things we may doubt

he talks about Jesus's brothers, sisters, & family, as well as various 'disciples'

i thought the section on James was interesting, as it reiterates his importance & also his role in the early Christian church

there's a huge aspect of this part of 'history' that is just an absolute clusterf-; so being able to separate real from fiction this far in the 'future' is VERY difficult
