i liked this one -- a simple [audio]book about rescuing dogs & some of the ups-&-downs w/ that

a mother & wife, taking on her first rescue, & their beloved journey; to more challenging rescues; & finally to a geriatric ol' bitch that surprises everyone by, rather than dying, having puppies

commentary on instincts; common behaviors; & the gradual relaxing of these goodboy critters finding their forever homes

basically just a heart-warming book
