oh man(!!!) this was great(!!)

a complete surprise, essentially, as this hits like 3-5 WILD dots: Mormon, Tourette's, 6'8", marriage, fitness training, parenting...

truly, i'd HIGHLY recommend this book to about anyone, for it's refreshing, candid, thought-provoking, interesting......

​​​​​​​of note: the symptoms of Tourette's seem to be impacted/inflamed by stress; & are relieved by breathing/relaxation... go figure(!)
