oooh, this one was excellent(!)

extremely(!) good [audio]book by/about a 102 year-old lady who's a doctor, mother, & so much more

wow(!!) real wisdom & advice here: from staying positive to cultivating love [for healing], to KEEPING THINGS MOVING including energies & "letting go" of pent-up problems/stuff

so good i bought a copy for a gift; highly-highly recommended
