oh i so enjoyed this one

JMC has become one of my favorite authors -- go figure, a pastor writing about daily life issues & grounding them in spirituality/Christianity

here we are taught -- urged -- to eliminate the modern hurry habit we've so collectively fallen into -- where our lives & quality are lessened by our incessant distractions & rush

we are offered the Sabbath -- a biblical built-in time of rest & reflection -- on appreciation & minimizing things that take us away from joy
