really really good(!)

short & sweet, illuminating, good...

this is a concisely condensed distillation of the Pali texts, originating in India(?) & spreading/migrating up into Asia [is my understanding]

this teaches us the path to nirvana, of overcoming sorrow & worldly fetters via desire, & to use self-control to become a Brahmin; to be able to contemplate nirvana & to end samsara [the birth/rebirth cycle]

i thoroughly enjoyed this, & recommend it, & now need to sit in meditation for a few ✌️
