still good -- read a GF's copy of this years & years ago & enjoyed it [its sequel as well], & this time around sped through a good(!) audiobook reading

the tale is basically an eccentric 11th grade girl from the perspective of a boy classmate that shares a bond w/ her

it's quite good(!!) to be true; excellent character-building; short; sweet; thoughtful 👍👍👍
