well this was pretty good

a bit whimsical; a sort of meandering around concepts related to love

she shares w/ us personal family history & situations, tidbits on addiction & teaching Sunday school, enduring loss...

good advice is to go for a walk in nature, wherein 90% of the good stuff in life can be found

her perspectives tend toward a lot of 'matrixy'/indoctrinated thinking; so addressing beliefs would be a good entry-point for strengthening the mind or gaining guidance -- things like political propaganda, science hogwash, etc.

love being the evergreen subject that is, i was satisfied w/ the book
