well this was pretty good -- a story of an Irishman going & living among/training w/ Kenyan runners 👍👍 

he competes w/ them; earns their respect; gets married at some point [early in the story]; & finishes well in a big race -- good stuff

makes me want to eat/try ugali, hahaha [cornmeal dish] & practice my running form
