it's good(!)

as a huge(!) UFC fan, this one is familiar turf

Ronda tells her story, from childhood to the big leagues of UFC, taking us through judo & the Olympics to terrible partners to training issues to champ mindset

it's actually cool/refreshing to glimpse what a *real* champ mindset looks/sounds like, instilled by her mom

good stuff
