this was good, fun, entertaining...

Aziz is a comedian, & this exploration of modern romance is filled w/ humorous quips & a healthy humility

we're taken through the ups & downs of texting & FaceTiming, of online dating, of in-person dating, of break-ups, etc.

​​​​​​​he eventually travels to Tokyo & recounts their culture ['herbivore men' lol, & soapy body rubs], then goes to Buenos Aires for a licentious culture, where yes means yes, no means probably yes, & silence/shunning is a true no -- he concludes that this favors men more than women, who can often be seen weeping openly in public ["men" 😭]

​​​​​​​so overall, it's a nice primer on where we are
