good stuff(!)

took me a little bit to "get" into the brunt of it, w/ the speaker having a somewhat shaky voice & the content being thick -- by the end, tho, i was appreciating the wisdom & comprehensiveness of the work

the general notion here is that certain behaviors [author calls them "Five A's"] are reparative & beneficial to relationships while others are counterproductive
