really good(!) i enjoy this quite a lot

a straightforward, genuine introduction to the Talmud & its greater context -- Judaism(!)

​​​​​​​he summarizes it succinctly in a passage: "if there are things you hate, avoid/resist doing them to others -- the rest is commentary" more or less [Golden Rule]

we get rabbis arguing over matters, the compilation of the texts, & more
