this was good(!)

practical & brief; basically on-point

we're given a BS-free rundown of how people succumb to their *stories* of their childhoods & blame others [their parents] for their misery, rather than accepting that they were people w/ their own lives & histories before you came along

so the gist is to forgive like love, rather than manipulating others w/ conditional punishments & other foolery

i really like the advice, & enjoy being told to take responsibility for myself
