this is good -- a memoir about celebrity & addiction, by Chandler from Friends [etc.]

the book is *mostly* about addiction & his depravity

colostomy bags, lung issues, teeth falling out... loneliness, insecurity, discomfort... the search for euphoria, tolerance...

this pretty much covers the front-to-back of "the big terrible thing" [addiction]

after starting, i read/remembered that Perry died pretty recently -- huh(!)
