i started this one; made it halfway through; then returned awhile later & finished it 👍

essentially this is a book about effective communication/conversation/self-conduction

the idea is that mountains of issues can be resolved w/ simple, thoughtful, useful/productive conversations that articulate each side properly -- this can be achieved w/ tools/methods in the book, & sounds like punctuating each side's needs & dispositions: like "when so & so happened it made me feel like..." or "i did ___ because i thought ___" which is more productive than stonewalling/silence
