rock solid(!!!) & most joyably read by the author

this one was good stuff, w/ Steve-O's MANY tales of less-than honorable & recommendable decisions on his part; distilling his lessons into teachable ideas -- such as "floss your teeth, motherfucker!" which is probably sound

knowing some or lots of Steve-O's background takes some of the envy out of this ["oh, he's rich & famous; so lucky..."] as most of his feats are [glad he did that rather than me...] type scenarios -- a la stapling scrotum to leg or playing tetherball w/ a beehive [lol]

lots of good stories & genuinely good advice; ultimately relatable, as there's pretty much one Steve-O

​​​​​​​his jaunt into sobriety & embracing of veganism [both w/ some teeters] are notable; & his relaying of ups & downs of sex addiction, stand-up comedy work, Hollywood, etc. are insightful 💪
