whoaaaa this one was good(!!)

so so glad i checked it out/listened: one of the best [sports, especially] books i've read in awhile, which is saying a lot

Wayne gives an excellent history of the game, complete w/ his entrance & playing in; followed by his coaching/ownership...

we learn about some of the best & most impactful players [Gordie Howe, Bobbie Orr, Alex Ovechkin, Mark Messier, & so on...]

we learn the ins & outs of competition, coaching styles, unique players/attitudes; how the game has changed & evolved...

thoroughly enjoyed 👍
