memorable advice concerns breathing properly before performing, via a few techniques [she describes leaning back in a chair & doing some monotone &/or deliberate sounds to get pronunciations comfortable]

she also speaks about learning material before speaking, which is to say that "winging it" can be somewhat disrespectful to the audience

another tip is to speak directly to one audience member, & by way thus speaking to the entire group, as the rest pick up on the context & content

her advice is contrary to the "picture everyone naked" type mental tricks, & is more focused on honing technique & refining the message 👍
